NSC Navigator Assistant

The NSC Navigator Assistant is designed to give you back office support so you can focus on coaching and team building, while allowing the NSC Navigator Assistant to help you:

  • Organize your Excel spreadsheets and upload them into the system
  • Analyze your existing systems, design a solution to transfer your data, work with your IT people or extract the data directly, and upload the information into NSC Navigator
  • Build new fields, update web and mobile forms and related reports, and configure alerts
  • Manage nightly CSV or Excel feeds, and help your IT people resolve any challenges with the data files received
  • Build PDF, Excel, Word, InfoPath or PowerPoint forms to support your business processes, and configure SharePoint integration if needed
  • Support the deployment of MS Office plugins and desktop workflow solutions
  • Support data integration, using NSC Navigator’s automated FTP CSV File Transport solution
