The NSC Navigator Support Team provides:

  • Weekly webinars for beginner, intermediate and advanced users on diverse topics related to tailoring your NSC Navigator system, including how to transfer your data from spreadsheets to NSC Navigator, how to add fields, how to update web forms, how to build web reports using filtered lists, graphs, charts and geographic maps, and how to modify alert settings
  • Unlimited access to the NSC Navigator training library of online videos and print material
  • Ability to request new forms formatted for web, mobile or Excel, Word or PDF, and advanced web reports with any kind of analytics you require, printable in PowerPoint, Word, Excel or PDF
  • Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm access to private coaching (all times Eastern)
  • Access to NSC Navigator-certified consultants and experts in transferring data from existing systems, developers who can integrate data exchanges with existing systems, document experts in file and paper-based system transfers, and document validation experts who support transfers from paper and share drive systems to NSC Navigator
